Freight Broker - US Logistics

You will be working as a Freight Broker in the US Logistics sector for American Logistics Group LLC, a federally regulated and bonded freight brokerage established in 2006. Your role will involve generating new business through cold calling, expanding the customer base, managing client relationships, negotiating freight rates, and handling documentation to ensure smooth freight operations. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business through cold calling and lead development - Drive client acquisition and expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers - Manage documentation and resolve operational issues Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 6 months experience in US/International Voice Process, International/Travel Sales, or related outbound sales roles - Background in Freight Brokerage or US Logistics is a strong plus - Excellent English communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to work night shifts aligned with the US time zone - Familiarity with US geography and logistics terminology is an advantage As part of the perks and benefits, you will receive a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives, cab facility, and Provident Fund.
