About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building carrier and customer relationships, negotiating rates, booking loads, and ensuring smooth coordination of freight within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure carriers for customers’ freight needs.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers.
• Manage full-cycle freight operations: pickup, transit, delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing carriers and customers.
• Track loads and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve transit issues, delays, or exceptions professionally.
• Work on DAT, Truckstop, and internal carrier networks (training provided).
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication (English mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Experience in U.S. Logistics/Dispatching/Freight Brokerage is a plus but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
