Freight Broker (Experience in Freight brokerage can apply)

We are currently seeking experienced Freight Brokers to join our team. If you have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in freight brokerage, we want to hear from you!

Please Note:
This position is only open to candidates with relevant freight brokerage experience. If you do not have prior experience in a brokerage role, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and build relationships with carriers and clients
• Manage the full lifecycle of freight shipments from booking to delivery
• Coordinate with dispatchers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Use TMS (Transportation Management System) and other software for documentation and tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a freight broker role (non-negotiable)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Knowledge of freight markets, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency with load boards and CRM/TMS systems
• Must be able to join immediately
