Job Summary

Freight Brokers and Dispatchers

calling US shippers and carriers, booking loads, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, coordinating documentation and payments, and earning monthly performance-based bonuses and commission

US shift / night shift role

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Freight Broker / Senior Freight Broker

• Cold calling

  US shippers and brokers

  to generate freight opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong

  shipper sales pipeline

• Negotiate

  buy & sell rates

  to maximize margins
• Provide competitive

  shipping quotes

• Source and onboard

  reliable carriers / owner-operators

• Book loads and manage them

  end-to-end

• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers
  
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates
  
• Handle PODs, invoices, and payment coordination
  
• Resolve delays, detentions, and operational issues
  
• Maintain accurate records in

  TMS / CRM systems

• Meet and exceed

  monthly sales & margin targets

Dispatcher

• Dispatch trucks for booked loads
  
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickup/delivery
  
• Track shipments and update locations
  
• Coordinate appointments, PODs, and documentation
  
• Support brokers in smooth load execution
  
• Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations
  

Tools & Systems (Preferred)

• DAT / Power DAT

• Truckstop

• TMS / Load Boards / CRM tools
  

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication (calls are mandatory)
  
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
  
• Good understanding of

  US freight lanes, RPM & margins

• Ability to work in a
