Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain
OpenSIPS
as SIP proxy/registrar/load balancer.
Develop and customize
FreeSWITCH
for call routing, IVR, conferencing, and advanced VoIP features.
Implement
SIP, RTP, WebRTC
integrations with high availability and redundancy.
Optimize system performance for
low latency and high concurrent call handling
.
Troubleshoot signaling and media issues using
SIP traces, Wireshark, sngrep, Homer, etc.
Collaborate with network/security teams for
NAT traversal, TLS/SRTP, and firewall policies
.
Work with developers for
API integrations (REST, XML, ESL)
and
billing systems
.
Ensure
system scalability, failover testing, and load balancing
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with
OpenSIPS (or Kamailio)
scripting, module configuration, clustering.
Proven expertise in
FreeSWITCH
– dialplans, Lua/JavaScript modules, ESL, and media applications.
Good understanding of
SIP, RTP, STUN/TURN/ICE, ENUM, DNS-SRV
.
Proficiency in
Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS)
server administration.
Experience with
PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka
is a plus.
Familiarity with
Ansible/Docker/Kubernetes
for deployment is an added advantage.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
