Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (Work From Home)

Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates via job portals (Indeed, Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media
✅ Screen and evaluate candidates for communication, fitment, and readiness✅ Maintain daily candidate data in company tracker (Google Sheet)✅ Coordinate interview schedules through your assigned full-time recruiter (FTR)✅ Support joining and retention follow-ups up to 90 days✅ Participate in weekly calibration calls for performance tracking
