About the Role

Responsibilities

• Shoot short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) as per brand guidelines
• Handle camera setup, lighting, and framing for vertical video content
• Capture high-quality raw footage suitable for social media
• Collaborate with our team on shot ideas, angles, and transitions
• Ensure timely delivery of footage after each shoot
• Maintain consistency in visual style and quality

Requirements

• Based in 

  Indore

   and available for on-location shoots
• Proven experience shooting 

  Instagram Reels / Short-form videos

• Own professional or semi-professional camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless/Smartphone with stabilizer)

• Basic understanding of lighting and audio

• Good sense of composition, trends, and social media aesthetics

• Ability to follow creative briefs and timelines

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience working with brands, creators, or agencies
• Knowledge of current Instagram reel trends and transitions

Deliverables

• High-quality raw footage (vertical format)
• Optional: Edited reels (if agreed upon)

Compensation

• Payment per shoot / per day (to be discussed based on experience and scope)
