You will cover a spectrum of digital skills, starting from foundational computer and online skills and progressing to advanced workplace technology and collaboration tools. Utilizing your 8-10 years of proven experience in this domain, you will deliver hands-on training in Microsoft Office/365 and Google Workspace, emphasizing essential workplace tech skills, online collaboration, and safe usage of digital tools. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet) and Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Your exceptional facilitation and communication skills will be essential in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Moreover, you will be required to use real-world examples, practice-based exercises, and live demonstrations to enhance the learning experience for the participants.
