Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Agentic AI workshop as per the provided training outline.
• Explain practical business and product use cases where agent-led automation creates value.
• Demonstrate how to conceptualize and design agent-driven product features (e.g., self-healing workflows, multi-agent automation, autonomous remediation, etc.).
• Provide architecture guidance on embedding agents using APIs, cloud services, workflow engines, and data integrations.
• Cover enterprise-grade governance topics such as permissioning, guardrails, audit logs, and safe deployment of autonomous actions.
• Bring industry perspectives on how agentic AI is shaping automation platforms, competitive positioning, and customer value.
• Engage participants through discussions, structured exercises, and real examples.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience designing or implementing autonomous/agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, actionable guidance for product and engineering teams.
• Prior experience in corporate technical training/workshops is a must.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
