Trainer Responsibilities

  • Deliver a

    2-day onsite instructor-led training

    on GitHub Copilot for intermediate participants.
  • Cover the prepared course outline, including:
  • Advanced use of GitHub Copilot for coding, debugging, and refactoring.
  • Integration with IDEs (e.g., VS Code, JetBrains) and workflows (Git, CI/CD).
  • Best practices, ethics, and limitations of AI-assisted coding.
  • Guide participants in

    hands-on coding exercises

    using

    C++ or Python

    as the primary language.
  • Encourage active learning through Q&A, discussions, and real-world coding examples.
  • Adapt delivery style to suit participants’ backgrounds and experience levels.


Trainer Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience

    as a Software Developer / Engineer with strong coding expertise in

    C++ or Python

    .
  • Proven

    experience using GitHub Copilot

    in real-world development workflows.
  • Strong understanding of

    Git, IDEs (VS Code, JetBrains), and CI/CD practices

    .
  • Prior experience conducting

    corporate trainings, workshops, or technical bootcamps

    .
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Awareness of

    AI ethics, licensing, and intellectual property considerations

    in coding.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    multi-language development projects

  • Exposure to

    AI/ML concepts

    to provide context on how Copilot works under the hood.
  • Knowledge of
