Role Description

SAP BTP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using

  SAP BTP (Neo or Cloud Foundry environment)

• Develop custom extensions and services for

  SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• Build SAP Fiori/UI5 apps integrated with backend OData or REST APIs
• Use

  SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

  for building services
• Work with SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Web IDE, and Git-based CI/CD workflows
• Integrate BTP apps with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other cloud/on-premise systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications for performance and security

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in

  SAP development

  , including at least

  2+ years on SAP BTP

• Strong hands-on experience with

  S/4HANA Cloud extensions

• Proficient in

  SAP UI5/Fiori

  ,

  CAP

  ,

  Node.js

  , or

  Java

  on BTP
• Experience with

  OData

  ,

  REST APIs

  , and

  SAP Cloud SDK

• Familiarity with

  SAP Identity Authentication

  ,

  Destinations

  , and

  XSUAA security

• Good understanding of SAP Event Mesh, Workflow, and Integration Suite (nice to have)

Preferred:

• SAP BTP or S/4HANA Extension Suite certification
• Experience with SAP Business Rules, Workflow, or SAP Mobile Services
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud integration
