About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced

  Freelance Recruiter

  with strong exposure to

  BFSI hiring

  to support us in sourcing and closing high-quality talent across roles such as Wealth Management, Bancassurance, Broking, Insurance Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Leadership positions.
• This role is flexible, remote, and outcome-basedperfect for individuals looking to ease back into HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level BFSI roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Screen profiles based on job requirements and sector-specific expertise.
• Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit, experience, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain strong follow-up to ensure smooth interview-to-offer process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified BFSI candidates.
• Share daily/weekly progress updates.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum

  2-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of BFSI verticals such as:
• Wealth Management (PMS/AIF/MF)
• Bancassurance
• Broking & Demat Acquisition
• Life/Health/General Insurance
• Credit, Retail Assets & Operations
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and networking.
