Freelance Meta Architect & Drafting Specialist

Vasundhara Construction is seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Meta Architect & Drafting Specialist to support our team in architectural visualization, design planning, and detailed drafting work. You will work on a project basis, collaborating remotely to develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and detailed plans using modern tools and best practices.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong visualization skills, architectural knowledge, and experience in digital drafting using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scope and requirements
• Develop conceptual designs and architectural layouts
• Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings
• Execute both 2D drafting and 3D visualization
• Ensure accuracy, precision, and adherence to guidelines and deadlines
• Deliver high-quality renderings and presentation boards when required
• Communicate effectively and incorporate feedback into revisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in architectural design and drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and architectural standards
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work (must be attached or linked)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field
• Experience in freelance or remote work
• Familiarity with Meta architectural design trends (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation:

Per project or hourly basis (Negotiable based on experience and scope)

Immediate / As per mutual agreement
