Job Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for websites, mobile applications, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative assets, including illustrations, banners, infographics, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI-generated visuals and automation into design workflows
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to enhance user interfaces with compelling visual elements
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility
• Stay updated with the latest AI-driven design tools, trends, and technologies

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 0 to 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in AI-driven or tech environments
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles
• Ability to create engaging visual storytelling through graphics and illustrations
• Experience working with AI-generated design tools is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing AI-generated content or working with AI-enhanced design tools
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and collaboration with UI/UX teams
• Familiarity with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a bonus
• Color Theory Understanding how colors interact and impact emotions
• Typography Mastery of typefaces, readability, and layout design
• Design Psychology Knowledge of how design influences perception and user decisions
