About 224dot : 224dot is a new-age streetwear brand building elevated essentials for those who wear culture on their sleeve. We blend functionality with form, creating pieces that are expressive, minimal, and rooted in community. Our goal? To design streetwear that’s relevant, thoughtful, and forward. The Role: We’re on the lookout for a freelance graphic designer (part-time) who lives and breathes both design and fashion. Whether you’re a fresher hungry to break into the industry or a seasoned designer looking for a creative side project, this is a chance to contribute meaningfully to a brand that’s redefining streetwear in India. What You’ll Be Doing: • Design graphics for clothing think t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and more. • Develop collection-specific visuals that align with 224dot’s design voice. • Work on everything from concept sketches to mockups to print-ready files. • Collaborate on mood boards and visual directions for upcoming drops. • Ensure graphics complement garment construction, silhouettes, and fabric flow. • Create visuals for social, packaging, or digital assets when needed. Who You Are: • A designer with a sharp eye, solid fundamentals, and a deep love for fashion as culture. • Someone who’s plugged into fashion trends, especially in streetwear, global runways, art, music, and subcultures. • You understand how fashion graphics aren’t just visuals they’re cultural statements. • You have exponential knowledge of the fashion space whether it’s through education, observation, or experience. • You’re aware of what brands are doing globally and have ideas that feel fresh, not formulaic. Skills You Should Have: • Strong in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma or Procreate is a plus). • A good sense of typography, print placements, color palettes, and visual storytelling. • Understanding of how graphics sit on different garment types from oversized tees to cropped hoodies. • Comfortable turning ideas into real-world designs that can go to print. • Bonus if you’ve worked with fashion or apparel brands before (but not mandatory). Who Can Apply: • Open to freshers, students, and experienced freelance designers. • Background in fashion design, graphic design, or textile is a plus but we care more about taste and vision. • Must be available to work part-time and collaborate over calls, chats, and regular feedback loops.
