ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced dynamic and confident Freelance Employability Skill Trainer to deliver structured training programs focused on workplace readiness. Trainers will engage students through interactive sessions aimed at improving communication, professional behavior and career skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver structured and engaging employability skills training sessions aligned with the approved curriculum.
• Train students on communication skills, workplace etiquette, interview readiness, and professional behavior.

Soft Skills & Career Readiness Development

• Conduct sessions on verbal and written communication, confidence building, presentation skills, and teamwork.
• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions.

Aptitude & Behavioral Skills Support

• Provide basic aptitude training and logical thinking exercises relevant to placement readiness.
• Help students to develop problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.

Interactive Learning & Engagement

• Facilitate role plays, mock interviews, group discussions, and activity-based learning.
• Encourage active participation and create a student-centric training environment.

Professional Conduct & Discipline

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in all training sessions.
• Demonstrate positive workplace ethics and professional standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Educational Qualification: UG and PG qualification (mandatory)The UG degree must have been completed on or before the year 2023.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in any field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and manage diverse students group
• Professional attitude with a Student-centric approach
• Juniors and seniors both can apply
• Candidates must be residents of Tirunelveli
