Freelance Designer

As a freelance designer for the lingerie line, your role will involve leading the design and product development process. You will be responsible for setting the creative direction, developing ranges, and guiding a junior designer in executing detailed deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Develop seasonal range concepts, moodboards, and design direction aligned with brand positioning. - Create techpacks, CADs, and design specifications for sampling. - Collaborate with sourcing and vendors for prototyping and sample corrections. - Oversee fit sessions, guide improvements, and ensure design integrity. - Mentor and provide direction to the junior designer to ensure quality and consistency. - Stay updated on global and local lingerie trends, fabrics, trims, and consumer preferences. Requirements: - Strong portfolio in lingerie/intimate wear design. - Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools. - Knowledge of fabrics, trims, lingerie construction, and sizing. - Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Previous experience in leading range development is preferred.,
