Job Title: Freelance Cambridge Mentor (CICTL/CIDTL)

About the Role:

upEducators is looking for passionate and qualified Cambridge Mentors (CICTL or CIDTL certified) to support our participants in the Cambridge International Certificate & Diploma in Teaching and Learning (CICTL & CIDTL) course. This is a flexible freelance role requiring 8–10 hours of engagement per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and check assignments submitted by participants (approx. 10 per mentor) at a convenient time.

- Provide constructive and personalized feedback on assignments.( Feedback duration 1 or 1.5 hrs)

- Conduct one online session per week (2 hours) to guide participants, share feedback, and resolve queries.

- Ensure timely communication and mentoring support to participants for their professional growth.

Time Commitment:

- 2 hours per week (8–10 hours per month).

Remuneration:

- ₹600 per hour (paid monthly).

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Must be CICTL or CIDTL qualified.

✅Prior experience as a mentor/trainer will be an advantage.

✅Strong communication and feedback skills.

✅Ability to motivate and guide educators through their Cambridge journey.
