Role Description

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven freelance B2B sales professionals passionate about transforming Engineering college education. This role involves identifying, meeting offline, and converting new business opportunities by promoting Capabl’s unique services to educational institutions across India.

This is a commission-based role with remuneration provided after the successful conversion of leads into business agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive partnerships with colleges and universities.
• Promote Capabl’s diverse range of services, including:

1. On-campus workshops

   led by industry experts.

2. Placement training, soft skills, and project-based learning programs.

3. Internship and industrial training programs.

4. NAAC, NBA, and NIRF rankings support

   through tailored initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with college management and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' pain points and present tailored solutions from Capabl’s offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions post-conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
• A strong network within higher education institutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with NAAC, NBA, or NIRF processes is a plus.
