freelance B2B Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist

long-term, part-time role

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted U.S. healthcare prospect lists
  • Identify decision-makers (Practice Managers, Ops Heads, RCM Managers, Founders)
  • Verify email addresses and maintain clean data
  • Create and run cold email campaigns
  • Book qualified discovery calls

Target Market

  • U.S. healthcare- clinics, hospitals, RCM companies, telehealth and providers

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B lead generation (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Google)
  • Familiar with Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • U.S. healthcare / outsourcing leads experience (BIG plus)
  • Cold email copywriting (short, compliant, CTA-focused)
  • CRM handling (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Google Sheets)
  • Basic understanding of CAN-SPAM & GDPR
  • Strong attention to data accuracy
