Responsibilities Build targeted U.S. healthcare prospect lists Identify decision-makers (Practice Managers, Ops Heads, RCM Managers, Founders) Verify email addresses and maintain clean data Create and run cold email campaigns Book qualified discovery calls Target Market U.S. healthcare- clinics, hospitals, RCM companies, telehealth and providers Requirements Experience in B2B lead generation (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Google) Familiar with Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools U.S. healthcare / outsourcing leads experience (BIG plus) Cold email copywriting (short, compliant, CTA-focused) CRM handling (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Google Sheets) Basic understanding of CAN-SPAM & GDPR Strong attention to data accuracy Hiring Process Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid trial task .
