Key Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance Fraud strategy to maintain the balance between fraud mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency - Monitor fraud trends and customer frictions regularly to identify opportunities for improving fraud strategy performance - Utilize internal and external data sources along with advanced analytic tools for accurate fraud detection - Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to develop new capabilities for enhanced fraud detection and treatment - Engage with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices, ensure control, and compliance - Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices - Maintain effective oral and written communications with internal and external partners at all levels Qualifications Required: - MS degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management/data analytics, relevant fraud experience preferred - Strong collaboration and partnership skills with a track record of working effectively with internal and external teams - Strategic thinking ability to develop a vision, roadmap, and execute solutions for short-term and long-term goals - Proficiency in analytical thought leadership using AI and machine learning for innovative solutions - Expertise in process and project management to drive capability development, with product management experience.,
