Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Franchisee located in Ludhiana. The Franchisee will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies, overseeing e-commerce management, and ensuring the seamless execution of social media marketing campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to drive growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Consulting, E-commerce Management, and E-commerce Website Development
• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to drive growth and achieve measurable results
• Experience in managing and operating franchise businesses is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
