Franchise support manager

Role Overview: You will be joining our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative, where your main focus will be on generating new leads and managing client relationships. Your role will involve identifying potential franchisees, conducting presentations and meetings, developing business strategies for franchise network growth, assisting new franchisees in setting up their business, maintaining strong relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and brand standards, analyzing franchise performance metrics, and providing guidance for business growth. Your strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, knowledge of franchise laws, strategic thinking, and willingness to travel as needed will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract potential franchisees. - Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects. - Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process. - Analyze market trends for expansion opportunities. - Develop business strategies for franchise network growth. - Assist new franchisees in setting up their business. - Provide training on company standards, operations, and policies. - Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees. - Address franchisee concerns and provide ongoing support. - Ensure franchisees adhere to company guidelines and brand standards. - Monitor franchise operations to maintain quality and consistency. - Analyze franchise performance metrics and profitability. - Provide guidance to franchisees for business growth.
