Role Description

As a Franchise Relationship Manager (FRM) at Nuvama Wealth, you will be responsible for Partner acquisition ,managing and nurturing relationships with franchise owners. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. Your daily tasks will include guiding franchisees on best practices, resolving any operational issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving franchisee business performance. You will be a pivotal point of contact for franchisees, assisting them in achieving their business goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, customer service, and client support
• Knowledge of franchise operations, sales strategies, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act as a mediator
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry is must
