Job Title: All Kerala Franchise Head Location: MG Road, Ernakulam Job Summary: We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Head to lead our EdTech operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise management, business development, and leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: - Develop and execute strategies to expand our franchise network across Kerala. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. 2. Franchise Management: - Oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. - Provide support and guidance to franchise partners. 3. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a team of franchise managers and sales professionals. - Foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. 4. Marketing and Promotion: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our EdTech products and services. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns. 5. Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, customers, and stakeholders. Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or sales leadership. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. Nice to Have: - Experience in the EdTech industry or similar sector. - Knowledge of the Kerala market and business landscape. - Familiarity with franchise management software and tools.
