Your Responsibilities

  • Independently generate high-quality franchise leads through outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end franchise journey -

    presentations, negotiations, deal closures, and partner on boarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with franchise partners, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion, developing territory growth strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Maintain updated and accurate reports on leads, conversions, and market insights.

Who We're Looking For

Mandatory:

  • Strong track record of closing franchise deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, interiors, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital outreach tools, presentations, and CRM platforms.
