Franchise Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Franchise Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and development of franchised business operations. Your primary responsibility involves working closely with the franchise team, franchisees, and various departments within the organization to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the franchise network. This position will require a combination of administrative tasks, relationship management, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarity with franchise agreements, legal compliance, and brand standards - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Handling day-to-day franchise operations and coordination with all departments - Willingness to travel frequently to franchisee outlets locally and outstation - Maintaining a checklist of franchisee compliances - Assisting franchisees with operational inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues - Monitoring franchise compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and legal obligations - Generating reports on franchise performance, key metrics, and market analysis - Coordinating training programs and onboarding initiatives for new franchisees - Being a point of contact for existing and new franchise outlets - Supporting franchise outlets with operations, accounting, marketing, production, inventory, and food cost - Building and maintaining positive relationships with franchisees, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Additional Company Details: Join us on our sweet journey as we offer a highly enriching and rewarding experience with country-wide opportunities.
