Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Calling Expert located in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Calling Expert will be responsible for daily communication with potential franchisees, guiding them through the franchise discovery process, and managing leads generated through various marketing activities. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales management and lead generation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Knowledge of franchise consulting and franchise sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the franchising industry is a plus
