Job Overview The individual for this position will understand, develop and support Finance and Sales reporting and analysis for different business units. The duties and responsibilities will include transition of existing reports and develop new reports and provide support on deep dive analysis of information and share the insights with BU. Job Responsibilities: MIS reporting and analysis support to Connected Living Solutions (CLS) Business Unit. Business Data support with the help of tools like Business Objects and Web based applications. Transition of new reports and analysis from stakeholders Update and maintain appropriate KPIs for daily, weekly and monthly review. Publish those on BUs and TE Intranet site / SharePoint directory Data Visualization and create interactive dashboard for the business users Review and update Job cards of all the reports on quarterly basis. Review reports which can be automated & others which can be discontinued. Actively participate in the calls/meetings with BU team and understanding the business situation Plan and prepare new Power BI reports which will help stakeholders with dynamic reporting Desired Candidate Profile: 3 - 5 years of industry experience in MIS Reporting and Business Analysis Hands on experience in tools like Advanced Excel, Business Objects, SAP and Power BI Proven skills on report automation, preparing dashboard and executive presentations Must have strong analytical and reporting skills Strong team player and share best practices Proactiveness and self-motivated individual Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access Good knowledge on Power BI, Business Objects and Tableau Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
