FP & A Manager

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Citi, your role involves providing management with analysis and insights into the company's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. Your primary objective is to apply analytical thinking and data analysis methodologies to create and analyze reports that assess Citis alignment with forecasted performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure integrity of financial, regulatory, and management information in line with established records management policies - Standardize reporting requirements to ensure financial and management reporting is properly identified and addressed - Provide information and supporting analyses to facilitate annual business reviews and financial decisions - Advise on procedures and concepts in technical areas, integrate with others in accomplishing goals, and improve process efficiencies - Review departmental processes and procedures for automation to maintain efficiency and accuracy of reporting - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Ability to manage teams - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, with a focus on compliance, ethical judgment, and accountability **Qualifications:** - 5-8 years of experience in working with a variety of financial platforms - Working knowledge of industry standards and practices - Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated presentation skills - Analytical skills **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
