Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform periodic maintenance and repair jobs as per the job card instructions. Diagnose vehicle faults accurately using diagnostic tools and report to Job Controller/CoTEK. Ensure all repairs are performed within the defined time frame and with high quality. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain workshop discipline. Record all activities and parts used during repairs in the job card. Conduct post-repair inspection and assist in road tests when required. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, tools, and equipment. Adhere to all safety norms and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed. Support in warranty claim documentation and return of replaced parts. Participate in Mahindra’s skill enhancement and training programs regularly.
