Job Description

Role & responsibilities Promote after-sales service products including AMC, Extended Warranty, and Service Packages. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness of service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and institutional clients. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Develop customer retention strategies through loyalty programs and service camps. Prepare regular reports on service sales and marketing performance. Participate in industry events, expos, and customer meets to enhance brand visibility.
