About the Role
We are looking for a Service Marketing Executive / Service Support Staff (SME) who will assist the service team with bookings, customer coordination, and service promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in customer communication for service reminders
Support the service advisor in daily operations
Promote AMC, RSA & service-related offers
Maintain follow-up lists and ensure delivery updates
Help with vehicle delivery, documentation & customer handover
Qualifications

Basic computer & communication skills
