Responsibilities

Own and shape the full product roadmap and user journeys.
Conduct user interviews and translate insights into usable flows.
Design MVP prototypes and run quick test cycles.
Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to bring features to life.
Create intuitive, beautiful interfaces that reduce friction and enhance joy.
Champion a product culture rooted in empathy, speed, and design intelligence.

Requirements

1 to 4 years of experience in product, design, or UX leadership.
Data Analytics skills are a must, as understanding the market is essential for developing a product with the right product-market fit.
Mastery in Figma, wireframing, design systems, and UX writing.
Proven ability to lead a product from MVP to active users.
A calm, structured thinker who can simplify complexity into elegance.
Deep intuition for what makes a great product experience.
