As a Founding Member / Business Co-Founder of a fast-growing food brand with 4 operational stores, including a flagship outlet in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in scaling the business, fundraising, and developing a replicable model for the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work directly with the founders to shape business strategy, growth plans, and oversee their execution. - Lead fundraising efforts by creating compelling pitch decks, managing investor outreach, and driving the capital raise process. - Leverage your personal and professional network to forge partnerships, collaborations, and secure funding opportunities. - Take charge of daily operations in Delhi NCR and future locations, ensuring smooth functioning. - Build and lead teams across various functions such as operations, hiring, marketing, and customer experience. - Manage vendor relationships, oversee supply chain operations, handle procurement, and monitor financial activities. - Implement local marketing strategies, foster collaborations, and drive customer acquisition initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Passion for the food industry, building businesses, and scaling consumer brands. - Experience in QSR, cloud kitchens, or F&B operations is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn. - Prior exposure to fundraising and investor relations will be advantageous. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, adept at people management, and proficient in problem-solving. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense of ownership and accountability. - Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to the region.
