About Unhu Founders Journal

Unhu Founders Journal is the official media wing of UFC Doon, a dynamic and fast-growing community of over 1,000 startup founders, headquartered in Dehradun and expanding across India. Backed by the Unhu Innovation Center and the Unhu Startup Emporium, this is more than a magazine. We’re creating a bold storytelling platform that captures the real journeys of Indian entrepreneurs through interviews, podcasts, and visual storytelling across YouTube, Instagram, and print.

About the Role

We’re looking for a bold and creative individual to take on the role of Founding Editor & Media Strategist. This is not a typical editorial position. You will be the face and force behind a national-level founder journal, leading editorial content, hosting media, building partnerships, and growing a powerful storytelling brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Write and curate founder stories, interviews, and long-form content
• Host podcasts, video interviews, and on-camera segments in both English and Hindi
• Lead and coordinate visual shoots, issue themes, and magazine layouts
• Build and guide a creative team including designers, videographers, and editors
• Pitch to sponsors, assist in event planning, and expand media outreach
• Represent Unhu Founders Journal at events, interviews, and collaborations

Who You Are

• A fresher or recent graduate passionate about startups, storytelling, and media
• Confident on camera and fluent in both English and Hindi
• A skilled English writer with strong communication and leadership instincts
• Curious, ambitious, and excited to lead a full-scale media initiative from day one

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing a college magazine, blog, or media channel
• Anchoring, podcasting, or debating experience
• Created or contributed to YouTube, Instagram, or other media platforms
• Connections in journalism, PR, or digital media
