We currently sell primarily through our website and are looking for a powerful team to prepare ourselves for the next phase of growth. We are designers and product managers at heart and aim to design one of the best D2C websites in the whole world. 

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Founding Creative Strategist. The Founding Creative Strategist will provide creative direction and strategy, develop brand strategies, conduct research, and write content. This individual will be responsible for shaping the brand's visual and narrative direction while collaborating with other team members to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Brand Strategy skills
• Strong writing skills - UI UX writing, ad / marketing copies, social media content, video scripts, blogs etc.
• Strong design sense which aligns with the brand language (www.superergo.in)
• Prior experience in the product first company / D2C brand 
• Have done social media management, influencer collaboration, script writing and execution 

Great to Have:

• Understanding of performance marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
