Founder's Office - Tech Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Tech Product Analyst to join our team and work closely with the Founders Office to support key product, technology, and business decisions. This role is well-suited for an individual who is smart, curious, and enjoys the intersection of technology, product strategy, and data. As a Tech Product Analyst at Techginity, you will have a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you will play a critical part in shaping product direction, analyzing performance, and driving initiatives across engineering, product, and growth teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance - Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team on product planning, execution, and strategy - Develop and maintain product roadmaps and requirements - Document product requirements, user stories, and workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) - Support sprint planning, roadmap prioritization, and product delivery cycles - Identify opportunities for growth and optimization - Help define and track key product KPIs (engagement, retention, funnel metrics) Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in product analysis or a related field in a startup or fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) - Technical aptitude and ability to understand APIs, databases, and product architectures - Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field - Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) - Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis - Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and work independently This is a full-time, permanent position located at our office on Novelty Road, Karnal.
