Salary

: ₹10,000/month + Incentives on Sales

About the Role:

We are building India’s first retrofit smart lock company, RoomsVital. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the founders to drive sales and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how a startup scales, work on strategy, and make an impact in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales strategy for smart access products.
Generate leads and close deals with PGs, hotels, co-living spaces, property managers.
Conduct field visits, product demos, and client onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Assist founders with partnerships and growth initiatives.

Who You Are:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
.Hustler mindset, target-driven and result-oriented
.Comfortable with field sales and direct client interaction
.Interest in tech products or IoT solutions
.Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
