Job Description As a Founder's Office Intern at GrowIt Digital, you will play a crucial role in executing daily tasks related to Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Partnerships. Your responsibilities will include designing graphics, managing performance marketing campaigns, handling social media activities, and establishing strategic partnerships to contribute to the success of influencer marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Utilize Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, to create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns. - Execute Performance Marketing tasks, such as campaign management and data analysis, to optimize marketing strategies and drive results. - Manage Social Media platforms by creating compelling content and implementing engagement strategies to enhance brand presence and audience interaction. - Develop Partnership opportunities by identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders to expand brand reach and collaboration. - Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with the founder and other team members in a dynamic work environment. - Adapt to a fast-paced, flexible work environment and contribute proactively to the growth and success of influencer marketing initiatives. Qualifications - Proficient in Graphic Design with skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. - Experience in Performance Marketing, including campaign management and data analysis. - Skilled in Social Media Management, encompassing content creation and engagement strategies. - Capable in Partnership Development, with the ability to identify and nurture strategic relationships. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible work environment and thriving under pressure. - Prior experience in influencer marketing is advantageous. - Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.,
