Job Overview:

We are seeking a Founders Office Associate to work directly with the CEO, managing key strategic projects, business operations, and high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with consulting firms and exposure to OEMs, looking to drive business growth, execution, and decision-making at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Strategy Execution: Lead critical projects across business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • CEO Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • Business Analysis & Decision-Making: Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to support high-level decision-making.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Work with OEMs, consultants, investors, and internal teams to drive business objectives.
  • Operations & Process Optimization: Improve workflows, processes, and execution strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Investor & Board Engagement: Assist in preparing business presentations, investor decks, and strategic documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science from a Tier 1 College (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting Firm and OEM exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
