Founders Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between the founder and clients for production updates, sample approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Track order progress and communicate timelines proactively.

Payment Reminders & Follow-ups

  • Make polite but firm calls to clients for timely payment reminders.
  • Maintain an updated tracker of receivables, due dates, and collection status.
  • Coordinate with accounts to send invoices, e-way bills, and payment receipts.
  • Raise red flags early for potential delays or non-responding clients.

Operational Support to Founder

  • Manage calendar, follow-up lists, and daily business tasks.
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, and WhatsApp communication when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, tailors, printing units, or sampling teams as needed.

Fashion-Specific Knowledge

  • Understand product SKUs, fabrics (cotton, terry, fleece, etc.), and basic production stages.
  • Assist with visual product tracking, quality checks, or design sampling if required.

Requirements

  • Background in

    fashion, textile, or merchandising

    preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written + spoken) in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and follow-up ability.
  • Well-organised with basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client conversations with maturity and professionalism.
