You’ll be joining a specialised team at 100ms focused on healthcare automation using AI.

As a member of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives that accelerate 100ms AI's growth in healthcare automation. You'll identify, design, and execute cross-functional projects spanning go-to-market strategy, operations, customer success, partnerships, and business development—acting as a force multiplier for the founding team.

Identify, define, manage, and execute ad-hoc strategic projects that are critical to company success but don't fit neatly into existing functions.

Build deep understanding across all areas—sales, marketing, product, operations, AI agent ops—to determine priorities and identify highest-impact initiatives.

Own projects from conception to completion: design the approach, implement solutions, hire teams when needed, and drive results.

Work closely across functions to unblock initiatives and ensure cross-team alignment.

Design and test new go-to-market motions for specialty pharmacy, health systems, and payers.
- Build sales processes, customer success playbooks, and partnership frameworks from scratch.

Develop pricing strategies, ROI models, and business cases that resonate with healthcare operations buyers.

Support strategic customer conversations and help close key accounts

Conduct deep-dive research into patient access workflows, specialty pharmacy operations, and healthcare automation opportunities.

Analyse the competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities in healthcare AI.

Build strategic partnerships with speciality pharmacies, health systems, EMR vendors, and healthcare platforms.

Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for product and GTM strategy

Design and implement scalable processes across sales, customer success, and operations.

Support fundraising activities, including financial modelling, investor materials, and due diligence.

Improve internal systems and operations to help the company scale efficiently.

Handle whatever the founders need—this role is defined by impact, not rigid job boundaries.

Required Experience:-

2-5 years in management consulting (MBB preferred), strategy roles, business analytics, or operating experience in fast-growing startups.

Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, unstructured problems and break them into actionable plans.

Track record of managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with business judgment.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders

Healthcare & Domain Experience:-

Understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, particularly patient access, prior authorisation, benefits verification, or speciality pharmacy workflows.

Prior experience in healthcare startups, digital health, or healthcare services companies.
