As a Business Team member at Wings Design Studio, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that works with high-growth brands to create impactful design and business solutions. You will have the opportunity to directly collaborate with the founders and business team to contribute to marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and optimize end-to-end Sales & Marketing funnels to drive improvements. - Analyze client business challenges and propose innovative solutions. - Collaborate with founders on business strategy, execution, and growth projects. - Develop a deep understanding of the design industry and its impact on business outcomes. - Act as a generalist, contributing across functions such as sales, client engagement, and strategy. - Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for both new and existing clients. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Exposure to B2B or creative/design/branding industry is a plus. - Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
