In this role, you will work closely with the founders and business team to drive marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand end-to-end Sales & Marketing funnels, identifying gaps and driving improvements. - Analyze client business challenges and provide innovative solutions. - Collaborate with founders on business strategy, execution, and growth projects. - Develop a deep understanding of the design industry and its impact on business outcomes. - Act as a generalist, contributing across functions such as sales, client engagement, and strategy. - Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales. - Strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex ideas. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Exposure to B2B or creative/design/branding industry is a plus. - Proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
