Formwork

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Formwork Civil Engineer / Foreman to manage and supervise all formwork-related activities on-site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely completion of formwork structures according to project specifications and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation and dismantling of formwork systems (e.g., traditional, modular, aluminum, steel, timber).
• Prepare formwork layouts and ensure compliance with drawings and structural requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during formwork activities.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor requirements for formwork jobs.
• Inspect and monitor formwork for structural integrity, alignment, and quality control.
• Solve on-site technical issues and provide immediate corrective actions if necessary.
• Maintain daily work records and progress reports.
• Assist in planning work schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with concrete pouring teams to ensure formwork readiness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience in formwork and structural construction.
• Knowledge of various formwork systems (Doka, Peri, Mivan, etc.).
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Experience in handling large-scale civil or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• AutoCAD / Revit knowledge (for engineers).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
