Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning building projects while ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards. As an Architect, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions. You should have a strong portfolio of past work, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proficiency in architectural design software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Planning
  • Lead architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring all designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Create design proposals, drawings, blueprints, and models using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into the design.
  • Project Management
  • Oversee multiple architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
  • Prepare and present project updates, milestones, and key decisions to clients, stakeholders, and management.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to ensure building permits and zoning regulations are met.
  • Technical Knowledge & Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, sustainable practices, and building technologies.
  • Integrate sustainable design principles into all architectural solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, accessibility standards, and other legal requirements.
  • Client Interaction
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project status and collaborate on any adjustments or revisions to the design.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, contractors, consultants) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture (or related field).
  • Minimum of 3years of professional architectural experience, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., residential, commercial, industrial].
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience managing or leading architectural projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable or green architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
