Formulation Scientist (R and D)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and establish product formulations based on industry trends, market and consumer research, and customer requirementsDevelop and optimize formulations for new and existing nutraceutical productsConduct thorough research on ingredients and their interactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needsStay updated with industry regulations and ensure production processes comply with applicable standardsHandle formulation and production of syrups, liquids, effervescent tablets, sports protein powders, capsules, and tabletsEnsure products are manufactured and stored as per laid-down standards and specifications, following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Continuously research markets and emerging technologies to innovate and develop new product conceptsDevelop premix formulas and provide support for quotations based on customer requirements or conceptsConduct new product research focused on nutritional benefits, bodybuilding supplements, wellness, and fitness supplements
