Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation Scientist based in Satari, Goa. The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) activities, formulating new products, and handling technology transfer. The day-to-day tasks include performing laboratory work, developing and optimizing formulations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands active participation in project planning and execution to achieve the desired product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D) and Formulation skills
• Strong Laboratory Skills and Research abilities
• Experience in Technology Transfer processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
